My client, based in Altrincham, is seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal with expertise in plot sales to join their busy residential conveyancing department. This role offers the opportunity for training in residential conveyancing, with the potential for progression into a residential fee-earning position.

The role involves liaising with estate agents, developers, and buyers’ lawyers; requesting redemption figures and coordinating with lenders to release plots from security; assisting in the preparation of sale contract packs; and reporting to clients with contracts for signing. You will also handle buyers’ lawyer enquiries and prepare weekly reports for developers using Excel.
