Service Care Solutions areworking in direct partnership with a well-established and growing legal firm in Stirling, who are looking to add aResidential Conveyancing Paralegalto their dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing your own caseload ofresidential conveyancing transactionsfrom instruction to completion
Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
Carrying outtitle checksand reporting on title
Handlingproperty registrationsand liaising with HM Land Registry
Communicating with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors throughout the transaction
Supporting solicitors and partners on complex residential and portfolio matters
The ideal candidate:

Has strong experience in residential conveyancing
Is confident working independently and collaboratively in a team
Brings enthusiasm and professionalism to a growing departmentWhat’s on offer:
