Job description

This role involves weekend and bank holiday working, working on a 4 on 4 of basis, As a Residential Night Concierge, you'll be the overnight and weekend on-site presence at Julian House's supported accommodations. Working independently, you'll ensure the safety and security of both the building and its residents while fostering positive relationships with neighbours and the community., Maintaining the safety and security of the buildings and the facilities through routine property checks

Be the first point of contact for the 'on-call' support worker

Maintain a full and accurate log of events during the shift

Actively ensure the security of the building, monitoring CCTV and patrolling at regular intervals through the evening and night

In the absence of cleaning staff, carry out any cleaning duties of common areas
