Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join the William H Brown team in Loughborough. You will win listings, list properties, and provide excellent service to clients, both in person and over the phone, while supporting Mortgage Advisors with appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous estate agency experience (Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Target-driven mindset with ability to generate new business
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Be resilient, positive, organised and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• List properties and win new instructions while delivering customer service
• Build strong relationships with clients face-to-face and by phone
• Maximise opportunities to book appointments for in-house Mortgage Advisors
