Connells Group in Rothwell is seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Lister to join the William H Brown team. You will win new instructions, list properties and provide exceptional client service, both in person and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency roles such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator.
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Delivers outstanding customer care and service.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; IT literate with MS Office and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Win new instructions and list properties for the market while delivering first-rate service.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients face-to-face and by phone.
• Maximise opportunities to book appointments for Mortgage Advisors.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and drive results.
