Salary: £20,000 - £32,000 plus High Commission

Location: Kingston

Regions: London, South East

We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant with experience recruiting management staff within the Residential Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis. This role involves recruiting all forms of construction professionals across various disciplines, including large national contractors, developers, and regional smaller contractors and developers. Recruited staff will be management-level, such as Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Technical Managers, Construction Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, and Technical Design Managers.

The role offers the freedom to develop and grow your section and the opportunity to manage your own team, with full support from senior management experienced in the professional division.

We are particularly interested in talking to recruiters with entrepreneurial flair, motivation, commitment, and a passion for recruitment, especially those with a good knowledge of the construction and residential sectors. Candidates should have the ability and desire to headhunt prospective candidates. Even if you have limited headhunting experience, Pinnacle has a proven track record of training recruiters to develop their headhunting skills, which can significantly increase billings and earnings.
