Compass Associates are currently working with a large and established provider of Children's Residential Care in the UK. The organisation works with local authorities to support the most vulnerable children, offering a unique end-to-end care solution focused on helping children heal from past traumas and creating opportunities for their future. They aim to develop bespoke, therapeutic approaches tailored to each child's needs.

We are looking for a Children's Home Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up to manage the day-to-day operations and Ofsted registration for a Children's Residential Home in Nottingham. The home will focus on assessment and healing for four children with complex trauma and associated emotional and behavioral difficulties. The home will provide personalized, trauma-informed support with a therapeutic approach.

Criteria

• Management experience within Children's Residential Services
• Extensive knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and confident in leading inspections
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification
• Clear DBS
• Own transport and a clean driver's license
