Job Title: Residential Home Manager

Location: York

Salary: Circa £55,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Home Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury care home in York. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in home management and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain high standards of service and luxury living for residents.
- Ensure effective budget management and financial performance of the home.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Qualifications:
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
