Elderly Residential Care Home in Llanidloes

GBP42,813.36

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Llanidloes.

Package for the Residential Home Manager includes but is not limited to:

• GBP42,813.36 per annum
• 37.50 hours per week

Residential Home Manager requirements:

• Must have NVQ/QCF Level 5
• Those looking to take the next step in their career i.e. experienced Deputy Managers, will be considered.
• Caring and compassionate
• Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
• Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
