Elderly Residential Care Home in Llandrindod Wells

Salary: £42,813.36

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Llandrindod Wells.

Package for the Residential Home Manager includes but is not limited to:

1. £42,813.36 per annum
2. 37.50 hours per week

Residential Home Manager requirements:

1. Must have NVQ/QCF Level 5
2. Those looking to take the next step in their career i.e. experienced Deputy Managers, will be considered.
3. Caring and compassionate
4. Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
5. Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
