Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Handyman to service void properties within blocks of flats in Glasgow. The role is an immediate start with long-term, ongoing assignment and stable weekly work.

You will perform painting and patching, basic joinery, small tiling tasks, and general maintenance to keep properties in good order. A CSCS card and residential maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card is essential.
• Experience in handyman/maintenance within residential properties.
• Own tools preferred (not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
