Job summary

LCP Delta in London/Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Residential Flexibility Consultant to explore how residential flexibility is evolving across Europe and help clients commercialise it. You will lead research and consulting projects within our Residential Smart Energy team, shaping insights that inform strategy and value capture for energy retailers, OEMs and policymakers.

• Proven experience in flexibility (residential preferred).
• Strong research skills including interviews, desk research and data analysis.
• Experience in managing research or consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver research projects within Residential Smart Energy.
• Lead research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Produce outputs for clients including reports, databases and presentations.
• Communicate insights to clients virtually and in person.
• Manage budgets and client relationships.
• Mentor less-experienced analysts.
