Osterna, part of RMG and Places for People Group, is seeking an experienced Residential Fire Risk Assessor to join a proactive and successful team of Health & Safety Professionals.
This role offers a positive work/life balance with home-based work when not on site visits, typically up to 10 visits per week (Monday to Friday). Although based in the South of England, national travel is required.
We emphasize quality over quantity, allowing our assessors to enjoy a work-life balance rarely seen in this sector. You can choose your working days and work from home when not on site. Reports focus mainly on common internal and external areas of residential developments.
Specializing in residential housing, assessors conduct inspections of various property types including residential blocks, sheltered housing, HMO, and high-rise buildings over 18 meters. Reports are used by property managers and directors to ensure safety and initiate repairs.
