Osterna, part of RMG and Places for People Group, is looking for an experienced Residential Fire Risk Assessor to join a proactive and highly successful team of Health & Safety Professionals.
With a positive work/life balance, you will be home-based when not undertaking site visits. You will typically complete up to 10 site visits a week (Monday to Friday). Although we are seeking an assessor based in the South of England, national travel will be required.

What does the role involve?
Specialising in residential housing, Osterna's Fire Risk Assessors conduct inspections on various property types including traditional residential blocks, sheltered housing, HMO, and high-rise (over 18 meters) housing, and prepare detailed reports.
These assessments help Property Managers and Directors ensure the safety of residential common areas by initiating necessary repairs or procedures.
