Purosearch is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to cover the South West, focusing on residential properties. The role involves carrying out fire risk assessments and producing clear, accurate reports.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment (ideally), have Tier 2 / Intermediate assessor experience, and a full UK driving licence. Excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment, ideally held.
• Tier 2 / Intermediate Fire Risk Assessor experience.
• Experience assessing residential properties.
• Good knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills.
