Job summary
18 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a qualified Electrician to join a busy property maintenance team delivering electrical repairs, installations, testing and compliance works across residential properties in East and South East London (Greenwich, Southwark, Lewisham, Croydon, Bromley & Bexley).
You will work on a long-term housing maintenance contract, ensuring homes stay safe, compliant and well maintained, with a focus on high-quality workmanship, customer service and adherence to the highest
Qualifications
- Must hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and be competent in domestic fault finding and testing.
- Excellent understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance.
- Experience servicing and repairing domestic electrical systems.
- Ability to document work accurately using mobile technology.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance within domestic properties.
- Conduct routine servicing, fault finding and testing of electrical systems.
- Complete electrical inspections and ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Replace sockets, switches and fittings and report any non-compliant installations.
- Complete job documentation accurately using mobile technology.
- Undertake site risk assessments and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
