St Joseph's Specialist Trust in Cranleigh, Surrey is seeking a dedicated Residential Education Worker to join our on-site care team supporting young people with complex learning disabilities, severe social communication difficulties and behavioural needs. You will work 37 hours per week, including weekends, with some sleep-in duties paid at the appropriate rate.

No experience required—comprehensive training, mentoring and safeguarding are provided, with progression to Senior Residential

Qualifikationen

• No experience needed; full training and mentoring provided.
• Support young people with complex learning disabilities and behavioural needs.
• Willingness to undergo safeguarding checks and DBS disclosure.

Aufgaben

• Support with personal care.
