Job summary

Hampshire County Council is seeking a part-time Domestic Assistant at the Stubbington Study Centre in Fareham. You will help maintain the children’s accommodation, cleaning dormitories and common areas, and prepare rooms for arrivals during term-time.

The role requires hardworking, reliable individuals who can perform physically demanding tasks and work as part of a four-person team. Hours are 18 per week across weekdays, with a focus on ensuring a positive stay for visiting children.

Qualifications

• Clean dormitories and buildings within timescales.
• Make beds and prepare accommodation for arrivals.
• Clean offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, etc.
• Follow Hampshire County Council policies and procedures.
• Complete training as directed.
• Be part of a team of four Domestic Assistants.

Responsibilities
