Residential Development Solicitor, 1-3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) – Job Reference: 9544

This is a multi-faceted and high-impact role where you will work closely with top housebuilders and a range of ambitious niche developers on major projects across England and Wales.

You will be responsible for a varied caseload including land acquisitions, developer collaboration agreements, disposals of serviced parcels to housing associations and other developers, and development funding arrangements.

Applications are invited from Residential Development Solicitors with 1-3 years PQE in real estate, preferably with experience advising housebuilders or residential developers.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, commercially astute, and passionate about land acquisition and residential development. You will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment.
