Job title: Residential Development Solicitor

Location: Guildford

Salary: £65-85k - Depending on experience

PQE Level: 6+

Contract Type: Permanent

Our client is a highly ranked full-service law firm renowned for their specialist work in residential development, in fact this is the sole focus for the housebuilding team. Consequently, the firm has the largest residential development team in the UK, meaning they are involved in high-level work including the largest modular development in the country.

The firm are seeking a senior-level lawyer for this established team, with experience ideally in residential development and acquisition experience, however, this isn't essential. Overall, the firm are seeking an ambitious lawyer keen to expand on their knowledge and help mentor juniors within the team. This is also an opportunity to work alongside Legal 500 ranked partners within this sector, developing your existing knowledge and providing expert guidance on this area of law alongside real career progression opportunities.
