We’re working with a highly ranked national law firm looking to appoint a 1–3 PQE Residential Development Property Solicitor to join their Birmingham office on a hybrid working basis.

Salary

Salary: £67,000–£74,500

Role context

This is a replacement role due to relocation, meaning you’ll step into an established and varied caseload from day one.

The work will cover
  • Acquisitions, disposals, and exchanges of land and property, including serviced parcels
  • Overage arrangements and security
  • Strategic work – option agreements, promotion agreements, and hybrids
  • Collaboration, consortium, and joint venture arrangements, including site assembly
  • Planning and infrastructure agreements
  • Building licences and development agreements
  • Development management agreements
