The firm is now seeking a Senior Residential Development Lawyer to join one of the UK's largest and most respected Residential teams. This is an opportunity to work with top housebuilders, land promoters, PRS investors, affordable housing providers, and developers on some of the most transformative residential and mixed-use projects in the UK.

The Residential team is experiencing significant growth with high-profile client acquisitions, making this an exciting time to join. The role involves advising on high-value development work including conditional and unconditional contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements, development funding, forward commitment/turnkey contracts, and collaboration agreements. You'll be instrumental in managing complex transactions and supporting the team in delivering successful outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 5+ years PQE with expertise in house-building, build-to-rent, strategic land, or affordable housing.

Client Focus: Strong experience in managing and developing client relationships within the UK Living Sector.

Leadership: Ability to mentor and manage junior lawyers while driving results.

Knowledge: A high level of understanding of the UK living sector and current market trends.
