Residential Development & New Homes Sr Associate - Bristol

Associate/Senior Associate

A top 100 regional law firm is looking for a skilled residential property lawyer to join its growing Residential Development & New Homes team in Bristol. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex, technical work across development, finance and investment - ideal for someone ready to step up and shape their career.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running a varied caseload including residential development, bridging finance, portfolio refinances, title splitting, lease drafting, plot sales, infrastructure agreements and auction transactions
• Acting for lenders, developers and investors across the residential real estate space
• Advising on technical matters with minimal supervision
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to leadership initiatives
• Building client relationships and growing your network
• Supporting business development through events, publications and sector engagement

What you’ll bring:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 5+ years' PQE
• Strong background in residential development and complex conveyancing
• Excellent drafting, organisation and client-handling skills
• Confidence managing files independently and mentoring others
