Qualifications

• 8+ years post-admission experience in a qualifying legal role.
• Strong knowledge of the UK living sector and ability to build a practice in this sector.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise revenue and drive profitability.
• Effective coaching and mentoring of team members to provide direction.
• Ability to seek opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
• Commercial mindset with focus on efficiency and client value.
• Established external profile as a leader in the field.
• Understanding of delivering legal services at a top 20 firm.
