Job summary

BPHA is seeking a Development Project Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of residential development projects from procurement through to completion. You will own project delivery, managing budgets, programmes, risks and stakeholder relationships to ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

The role is based in Bedford, hybrid working, with two vacancies: permanent full-time and a 12-month FTC, both full-time. Salary is £57,000 including £2,000 car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential development projects and managing procurement.
• Ability to manage budgets, cashflows and project viability.
• Strong governance of programme timelines and milestones.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Homes England funding requirements is a plus.
• Proactive with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
