Job summary

Home Group in London is seeking a driven Project Manager to deliver our new homes development programme across the region from planning through to handover. You will manage live projects across mixed-tenure schemes, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high quality for customers.

Joining a flexible, supportive team, you’ll work hybrid from the London Liverpool Street office and from home, travel to sites, and contribute to our thriving communities with strong contractor partnerships

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering multi-site residential developments.
• Experience with commercial aspects of housing development, including planning and procurement.
• Procure and manage contractors through delivery.
• Strong knowledge of planning system and laws.
• Good organisational and communication skills for multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-home development schemes across the full project lifecycle on time and to budget
• Manage projects from planning and legals through to site completion, handover and defects
• Track costs and performance, manage budgets and meet targets
• Build strong relationships with contractors, partners, internal teams and customers
• Oversee compliance and design-led quality across all developments, keeping our customers’ needs at the heart of every decision.
