Reed is seeking a Paralegal for a Norwich-based residential conveyancing role. The position handles matters from inception to post-completion, including registered and unregistered titles, freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy.

• Qualified/part qualified or qualified by experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion.
• Handle registered & unregistered matters.
• Work with freehold, leasehold, new build & shared ownership transactions.
• Assist with remortgages, transfers of equity & help to buy.
• Process Land Registry applications.
