RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR- LOCUM, 3+ PQE, CIRCA £35 - £45 PER HOUR, CAMBRIDGESHIRE. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced locum to provide support to a team during maternity leave. JOB REF: 0151

•Our client is looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to handle all aspects of the conveyancing process from inception to completion.

•The appointed Locum Solicitor will handle Residential Conveyancing matters, including freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity.

•Applications are open to solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing and previous experience in a similar role.

•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
