The Firm

This highly regarded firm is looking for a strong residential conveyancing solicitor / licenced conveyancer to join their thriving team which is undergoing an expansion plan, so it is a particularly exciting time to join. There are real prospects for career development for the right candidate. You will work in their Central London office and hybrid for 2 days per week after completing your probation period.

The Role

You will need to be able to run at least 50 live freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity instructions with the support of a dedicated and experienced paralegal. You are likely to have at least 18 months PQE but pre-qualification fee earning experience will be taken into consideration.

You will be case management driven and have worked on Leap, Proclaim, Osprey or a similar system. You will have good client facing skills and be a good all-round conveyancer.

Package

The salary is likely to be up to £70,000 bae for a 4-5 years PQE solicitor with an unparalleled commission structure of 33% of billing above target.

You will be able to work from home up to 2 days per week after a short settling in period of 3 months’ probation.
