Our client is a well-established regional law firm with multiple offices across Bolton, Greater Manchester, Bury, Altrincham. Known for providing expert legal services in residential property law. They are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and remortgages
• Advising clients on property finance, secured lending, and conveyancing processes
• Drafting contracts, lease agreements, and related legal documentation
• Conducting due diligence, title reviews, and handling post-completion formalities
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party professionals
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and conveyancing standards
• Supporting junior solicitors and contributing to the department’s business development initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property law
• Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing procedures
