A well-established and highly regarded legal practice on Wirral is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its expanding Property team. You will manage a busy conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional client care.

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive status is required, along with proven independence in managing residential conveyancing matters, strong communication, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive status.
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• A proactive, organised, and commercially aware approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Positive, team-focused attitude with ability to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handling a range of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Providing outstanding client service throughout the conveyancing journey.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant file records.
• Meeting agreed billing and time-recording targets.
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to team success.
• Supporting business development and networking activities where appropriate.
