G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to join its busy property team in Loughborough/Leicester. You will manage a full caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold transactions, unregistered conveyancing, and new build work.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks from start to finish with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client care skills for a high-quality service.

• Work on freehold & leasehold transactions, unregistered conveyancing, and new build work.
