Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer – Bexleyheath
Up to £65,000 | Excellent Benefits | Supportive, Accredited Team

TSR Legal are currently working in partnership with a well-established, CQS-accredited law firm in Bexleyheath that is looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer who is confident managing a busy caseload and is seeking a long-term move within a supportive and friendly team.

The Role:
You will handle a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties

• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• Exposure to new build transactions and shared ownership schemes is highly desirable

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience managing your own caseload in a fast-paced residential property department

• Proficient with case management systems and the Land Registry Portal

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

• A team player with a collaborative, can-do attitude

• Comfortable supporting and mentoring junior members of the department
