A growing and dynamic law firm is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Residential Property team. Based in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Dundee, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a busy residential property team while supporting junior team members and building client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have between NQ-5 years’ PQE with relevant property experience. Key responsibilities include managing various aspects of sale and purchase transactions, remortgages, and transfers of title, as well as drafting and revising legal documents.
