Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 2+
Burnham-on-Sea

A new fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a successful law firm in Burnham-on-Sea.

Responsibilities

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

In addition to fee-earning, you will act as a technical reference point to more junior team members.
