Job summary

Cotterhill Hitchman LLP in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing team. You will handle a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and work closely with partners while maintaining direct client relationships.

You will advise on remortgages, transfers of equity and equity release, manage transactions from instruction to completion, and liaise with clients, estate agents and lenders.
