Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join my clients property team in their Sheffield offices.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion with support from an established team.

Skills / Experience:

• Be an experienced Legal Executive or Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with a proven track record of complex residential property work
• Have strong new build purchase experience
• Have good management and supervisory skills
• Be self-motivated and able to organise your own workload
• Have a strong work ethic, good time management skills and a flexible approach to work.
