A leading law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing solicitor to manage caseloads and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of post-qualification experience, strong supervisory skills, and excellent client management abilities. Qualifications

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing solicitor to join my clients Liverpool office. In this role, you'll manage your own caseload while leading a team of 3-4 colleagues across both their Manchester and Liverpool offices.

✓ Supervise and support the wider Residential team

✓ Manage your own caseload including sales, purchases and remortgages

✓ Maintain regular communication with clients regarding the progress of their files

✓ Build and maintain a loyal client base

✓ Liaise effectively with clients, agents and other solicitors

✓ Conduct searches and assist with the exchange and completion processes

✓ Manage and update case files

✓ Stay current with relevant legal regulations and procedures

✓ A qualified conveyancer (CILEX, licensed conveyancer or solicitor) with substantial residential conveyancing experience

✓ A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience

✓ Strong supervisory skills and leadership capabilities

✓ Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently

✓ Experience bridging finance, new builds and Building Safety Act transactions is preferred

✓ Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
