Residential Property Solicitor – Glasgow

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of residential property transactions
• Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient process from instruction to completion
• Delivering a high standard of service to all parties involved

Candidate Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor in Scotland (essential)
• Ideally (flexible) 4+ years’ PQE in residential property law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
