Bramah Recruitment are looking for a skilled and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing property team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential property law and a commitment to delivering outstanding legal services. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing high-quality advice and support throughout the property transaction process.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
  • Provide clear and practical legal advice on all aspects of residential property law.
  • Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transfer deeds.
  • Conduct detailed due diligence and property searches to identify potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about changes in property law and best practices to provide the most relevant guidance.
Skills and Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in residential property law.
