Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEX

My client is a growing Legal 500 law firm based in North Hampshire, looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive in this critical hire.

You’ll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ years PQE) with the technical ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Supervision experience is desirable.

The firm offers flexible hybrid working, office-based and working remotely from home.

You will be active in marketing and business development to expand this area of work and gain new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
