Job description

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal (New Homes), Shropshire, 1+ Years Experience, £24,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a dedicated and detail-focused Residential Paralegal to join a thriving New Homes team. JOB REF: 0542.

THE ROLE:
• Assist the team with a full range of new build conveyancing transactions, including leasehold and freehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership and part-exchanges.
• Proactively manage client communications and support colleagues with case progression
• Work efficiently to strict deadlines
• Other ad hoc duties to assist the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A working knowledge of new build conveyancing and an eagerness to learn more
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
