Oculus Legal Group in Wokingham is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Residential Property team. You will support fee earners with day-to-day management of files and help progress sales and purchases from instruction to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing and a solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners with day-to-day management of residential conveyancing files.
• Assist with progression of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Prepare and review conveyancing documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents and other third parties.
• Request and review property searches and relevant documentation.
• Provide regular updates to clients and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance procedures are followed.
• Support the team with general administrative and case management duties.
