Residential Property Paralegal - Training Contract Opportunity

A leading regional law firm based in Edgbaston is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal who is looking for a training contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing and the ability to manage their own caseload from start to finish. Candidates must have completed their LPC and undertaken a Law Degree to be eligible for this role.

Overview:

• A reputable regional law firm committed to providing excellent legal services is looking to appoint a Residential Property Paralegal to support their team.
• You will assist solicitors and fee earners in handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Depending on experience, you may provide administrative support, conduct searches, prepare reports on titles, draft and review legal documents such as contracts and transfers, and work effectively within a team.
• Candidates should have at least 12 months of experience in residential property and possess strong knowledge of conveyancing processes.
