This role involves direct client interaction, including responding to enquiries, providing timely updates, and taking clear, accurate instructions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth progression of matters, maintaining high standards of service and communication throughout.

What we’re looking for

  • The ability to facilitate the exchange of contracts and prepare financial statements, SDLT submissions as well as certificates for title for advance funds
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisation skills
