Your Role as a Residential Property Paralegal/Legal Assistant:

As a key part of theResidential Conveyancing team, you will:

• Support senior conveyancers and fee earners on property transactions
• Handle a variety of residential property matters, from sales to purchases
• Engage with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings
• Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders and legal bodies
• Manage post-exchange and completion tasks efficiently

What do you need?

• Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• At least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational and communication skills
