Job summary

Creideas is seeking an experienced Residential Paralegal in Glasgow to manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You will deal with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title, drafting and reviewing documents, and coordinating with clients and lenders.

The ideal candidate will have solid Scottish conveyancing knowledge, strong drafting and organisational skills, and the ability to progress files with minimal supervision in a supportive

• Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal within a Scottish law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Scottish residential conveyancing procedures.
• Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title and new build transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Examining title deeds and performing title investigations.
• Preparing and submitting registration documents to Registers of Scotland.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties.
• Preparing settlement statements and completion documentation.
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently within timescales.
• Maintaining accurate file management and compliance throughout each transaction.
• Providing clear legal guidance and excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process.
