A beautiful firm that's been around since the 1800's is eager to bring in a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its family friendly and close-knit team. The firm has made a name for itself across Fife with four offices across the region. The firm punches above its weight and always aims to exceed expectation. Based in St Andrews or Cupar, it is ideally interested in an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 2+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of purchase/sale transactions, transfer of title, re-mortgage and executry transactions
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for property work and can demonstrate technical understanding of residential property law
• Demonstrate a commercial and practical approach to problem solving
• Maintain accurate files & records
• Communication and drafting skills
• Effective time management and multitasking
• Support your team when needed

Qualifications

• The firm is looking for somebody to come in and hit the ground running – have you managed your own caseload of property transactions?
