Overview

• A reputable regional law firm known for excellent client service is looking to appoint a Residential Property Paralegal to support their residential property team.
• You will assist solicitors/fee earners in managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Depending on experience, you may provide administrative support, conduct searches, prepare reports on titles, and draft/review legal documents such as contracts and transfers.
• You should have at least 12 months of experience in residential property and a strong understanding of conveyancing processes.

• This is an office-based role.
