Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Wiltshire

Our client is a leading Wiltshire firm, serving clients from across the region. They have a number of offices and offer a comprehensive legal service to both commercial and private clients.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Solicitor/CILEx with at least 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing and a strong interest in new build property to join their New Build Property Team in their Trowbridge office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated fee earner to advance their career with a leading firm.

Key Requirements:

  • Solid background in residential property work
  • Experience and interest in new build property
  • High level of client care and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident with networking and strong communication skills
